Job summary

Decorient is seeking a Site Engineer to ensure construction activities are executed safely and efficiently, aligned with drawings and specifications, and on schedule. You will coordinate with project teams, consultants, subcontractors, and clients to monitor progress and resolve technical issues.

The role requires a detail-oriented, proactive individual with strong communication skills and the ability to work on-site across various projects in Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• Minimum 3-5 years of site engineer experience in construction, interior fit-out, or design & build projects.
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings and construction documents.
• Detail-oriented and proactive in problem-solving.
• Good communication and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Willing to travel and work on project sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and supervise construction activities to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Review project progress and prepare site reports.
• Identify and resolve technical issues during project execution.
• Ensure project activities comply with safety and company standards.
