The ideal candidate holds a Civil Engineering or Construction Management degree, with at least 5 years of PM experience in construction, and strong skills in MS Project, AutoCAD, and Primavera.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in construction project management.
• Proven track record managing multiple projects with varying complexities.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, codes, and safety regulations.
• Proficiency with project management software tools (MS Project, AutoCAD, Primavera).
• Certification in PMP or PRINCE2 is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule project timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
