About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional Server/Waiter/Waitress to join our hospitality team at Lago Bali. This is a full-time position based in Nusa Lembongan Klungkung, Bali, where you will be at the heart of our guests' dining experience. As a Server, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service, ensuring every guest leaves with memorable moments and a desire to return. This role is pivotal in upholding our reputation for outstanding hospitality and creating a welcoming atmosphere for all our patrons.

Key responsibilities

• Greeting guests warmly upon arrival and seating them at their designated tables in a timely and courteous manner
• Presenting menus and providing knowledgeable recommendations about our food and beverage offerings
• Taking accurate food and beverage orders and communicating them clearly to the kitchen and bar staff
• Serving food and beverages promptly, ensuring correct orders are delivered to the right guests
• Checking on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction and addressing any concerns or requests
• Clearing and resetting tables between service periods to maintain cleanliness and presentation standards
• Adhering to food safety and hygiene standards at all times
• Collaborating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service operations
