• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with composure.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service procedures.
• Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus.
• Reliability and punctuality are paramount.

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests warmly and seating them in a timely, courteous manner.
• Presenting menus and offering knowledgeable recommendations.
• Taking accurate food and beverage orders and relaying to kitchen/bar.
• Serving promptly and ensuring correct orders reach guests.
• Checking on guests and addressing concerns throughout the meal.
• Clearing and resetting tables to maintain cleanliness and presentation.
• Adhering to food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
• Collaborating with kitchen and bar staff for smooth service.
