Job summary

PT Surya Harapan Kencana seeks a proactive professional to drive new business opportunities, develop technical solutions for client needs, and shape proposals for field service projects.

You will analyze competitor moves, review customer specs, and prepare quotations, while leading technical discussions with diverse client teams and guiding installation scopes and cost estimates for total project offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree as stated.
• Knowledge of Drive products and related industries.
• Experience writing specifications and proposals for customers.
• Ability to review customer specs and negotiate contracts.
• Ability to identify customer problems and create value.
• Understanding of product distribution channels.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to grow the sales pipeline.
• Develop technical solutions to meet customer business needs.
• Document competitor activities and assess potential market moves.
• Review and influence customer specifications for development and exceptions.
• Prepare equipment and service quotations.
• Deliver technical presentations to all levels of customer organizations.
• Develop engineering and installation scopes, schedules and cost estimates.
• Assemble timely proposal documents.
• Provide technical leadership on Field Service proposals including site reviews and competitive analysis.
• Contribute input for NPI programs and introduce new services/products to teams and clients.
• Support regional sales, orders, profitability, and inquiry-to-order goals.
