PT. Surya Kasih Agung is seeking a Sales Engineer based in Palembang to drive technical sales in the power plant sector. The role focuses on applying M&E product knowledge, building strong customer relationships, and delivering compelling presentations.

Candidates should have an Engineering degree, Power Plant experience, and the ability to travel as needed. Proficiency in MS Office and driving licenses are required for effective field work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent is required.
• Experience as a Sales Engineer in the Power Plant industry is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and in teams with minimal supervision.
• Proficient computer skills and MS Office suite.
• Valid driving license (SIM A and C) and willingness to travel.

Responsabilités

• Manage customer relationships with Power Plant, Manufacturing, or Industrial companies.
• Provide technical understanding of M&E products and spare parts for power plants.
• Conduct sales negotiations and deliver persuasive presentations.
• Travel for business as required and maintain client engagement.
• Operate computers and related Microsoft applications to support sales activities.
