PT Total Fluid Control seeks a Sales Engineer to join our Surabaya team, bridging technical capabilities with customer needs in the industrial fluid control sector. You will identify opportunities, deliver technical demonstrations, and support the sales cycle from proposal to post-sale follow-up.

The role requires a technical engineering background, proven sales success in industrial settings, and willingness to travel to customer sites across Surabaya and surrounding areas.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical field or equivalent practical experience in technical sales.
• Proven track record in sales engineer/technical sales in industrial/manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of fluid control systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, or related equipment.

Mansioni

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities within the industrial sector using technical knowledge.
• Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to clients.
• Provide technical support to the sales team during proposals and negotiations.
• Conduct site visits and facility assessments to recommend fluid control solutions.
• Prepare specifications, quotations, and proposals tailored to customer needs.
• Build long-term relationships with key accounts and decision-makers.
• Collaborate with engineering/product teams to ensure proper solution design and implementation.
• Provide post-sale technical support and follow-up to identify additional opportunities.
• Aim to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain CRM records of sales activities and pipeline.
