Job summary

PT. Wijaya Machinery Perkasa is seeking a results-driven Sales Engineer to develop new business opportunities across Indonesia's manufacturing and industrial sectors.

You will identify potential customers, visit factories, assess technical needs, and recommend industrial equipment solutions. In this hands-on role, you will build long-term relationships, prepare quotations, lead negotiations, and grow the sales pipeline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or diploma in mechanical/electrical/industrial engineering or related field.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to translate customer problems into technical and commercial solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop new customers and increase sales within assigned territory and market.
• Visit factories, identify opportunities, and conduct meetings.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers; lead negotiations through to closing.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales pipeline in company system.
