Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking a Sales Manager based in Indonesia to drive growth in the electrical power sector. You will lead PLN tender activities, manage strategic accounts, and develop opportunities in power transmission and distribution markets across Java.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in the electrical industry, strong technical knowledge of instrument transformers (CT/VT), and proven leadership in sales. Travel across West Java and Central Java is required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
10+ years total experience in the electrical industry.
7+ years in sales, business development, or key account management.
Proven experience with PT PLN (Persero) tender & procurement processes.
Experience managing key accounts such as OEMs, utilities, or major industrial customers.
Strong technical understanding of instrument transformers CT/VT.
Professional business-level English.
Willingness to travel across West Java and Central Java.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end sales activities and PLN tender processes, including qualification, bid prep, submission, negotiation, and follow-up.
Develop and maintain relationships with PLN stakeholders and key decision-makers in the power sector.
Manage and expand key accounts including multinational manufacturers and OEMs.
Develop short- and long-term sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.
Identify new business opportunities in power generation, transmission, distribution, and industrial sectors.
Coordinate with engineering, production, quality, and operations to address customer and project requirements.
