Blue Bird Group in Jakarta is seeking a Sales Logistics professional to develop new business opportunities and manage client relationships for our logistics services. This full-time role focuses on driving sales growth and ensuring customer satisfaction across Indonesia.

You will oversee end-to-end sales processes, coordinate with internal teams, and provide strategic market insights to expand market reach and service excellence.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Logistics, or a related field.

• Develop and execute sales strategies, business plans, and promotional initiatives to achieve sales targets.
• Identify and acquire new customers while maintaining relationships with existing clients and partners.
• Manage end-to-end sales process, including negotiations, quotations, and service agreements.
• Monitor sales performance and prepare periodic sales reports (daily, weekly, monthly).
• Conduct market research and analyze sales trends to identify opportunities and provide strategic recommendations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of logistics services and customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve escalated complaints promptly.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and partners to support long-term growth.
• Represent the company at business meetings, networking events, and industry activities.
