Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline.
- 6–8 years of direct sales experience in capital equipment or testing instrumentation.
- Strong English communication and presentation skills.
- Experience managing distributors or channel partners is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Achieve annual sales bookings and revenue targets for Indonesia.
- Manage distributors and agents to meet sales targets.
- Identify, qualify, and visit prospective customers across Indonesia.
- Translate technical features into business value for customers.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, account plans, and pipelines.
- Coordinate with regional teams to ensure delivery and order processing.
- Organise demonstrations, seminars, and product presentations.
