The role requires engineering education, a drive to identify prospects, and the ability to negotiate and close deals. Strong English skills, independence, and teamwork are essential, with a willingness to learn product specifications.

Qualifications

• S1 Degree or Diploma in Engineering Degrees or related qualification.
• Fluent in English both spoken and written.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Strong negotiation and presentable demeanor.
• Driving license is a must; owning a vehicle is preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in sales & marketing of rotating/industrial equipment preferred.
• Fresh graduates welcome to apply.
• Willingness to learn product technical specifications in detail.
• Mechanical/Electrical engineering background with troubleshooting beneficial.
