Orchid Florist & Decoration is looking for a seasoned Sales/BD professional in Jakarta to drive revenue across B2B and B2C channels. You will prospect, pitch, negotiate, and close deals while building a robust pipeline and nurturing corporate and individual clients.

The role requires a minimum of five years of experience, exceptional communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of meeting sales targets.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales / Business Development.
• Strong track record in B2B & B2C sales, client acquisition, and closing.
• Proven ability in prospecting, lead generation, negotiation, and end-to-end sales processes.
• Strong sales hunting and business development skills; able to generate leads independently.
• Experienced in achieving sales, revenue, and KPI targets.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
• Strong networking and client relationship management skills.
• Experienced in handling corporate clients, business owners, and individual customers.
• Proactive, persistent, confident, resilient, and highly result-oriented.
• Willing to conduct client visits, meetings, and canvassing.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets is highly preferred.

Aufgaben

• Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
• Develop new business opportunities through B2B and B2C channels.
• Identify and acquire new customers and potential business partners.
• Conduct active prospecting and continuously build a strong sales pipeline.
• Identify new market opportunities and develop new customer segments.
• Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation and approach to negotiation and closing.
• Conduct presentations, prepare quotations, negotiate, and follow up with prospects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Drive repeat business, customer retention, and revenue growth.
• Conduct market research and identify potential business opportunities.
• Monitor sales activities, pipeline, conversion, and overall performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer experience and smooth execution.
