Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Psychology or related field.
• 1-5 years of experience in human resources, focusing on performance management.
• Strong knowledge of performance management frameworks and goal-setting methods (OKR, SMART).
• Analytical abilities and a data-driven mindset.
• Strong project management skills with ability to handle multiple initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design and continuously improve the performance management system to align with organizational goals.
• Verify conformity and accuracy of KPI with standards or programs.
• Coordinate and manage quarterly, bi-annual, or annual performance reviews.
• Regularly review and refine the PMS to reflect changing business and workforce needs.
• Collaborate with managers across departments to ensure consistency in PMS practices.
