Job summary

Indonesia Premium Goods is seeking an Organizational Development & Performance Management Specialist to drive performance management, people data, and organizational development. You’ll transform HR data into actionable insights while supporting talent mapping, organizational structure, grading, and talent readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, management, HR, or related field with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong experience in Organization Development, performance management, job evaluation, grading, and organizational design.
• Solid understanding of KPI, BSC, IPP, talent mapping, competency assessment, succession planning, and talent readiness.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, translating people data into actionable insights.
• Proficiency with HRIS, people data management, data visualization, dashboards, and digital HC systems.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage performance management frameworks (KPI, BSC, IPP) to align performance with business goals.
• Develop people dashboards and performance reports turning HR data into insights and recommendations.
• Drive talent mapping, competency assessment, succession planning, and talent readiness initiatives.
• Support organizational development through structure, grading, role design, workload analysis, and readiness.
• Identify performance trends, risks, and gaps to provide data-driven recommendations for HR and business decisions.
• Manage and integrate HRIS and digital HC systems, including e-learning, assessment tools, dashboards, and KPI platforms.
