Job summary

PT Lampbond Indonesia is seeking a Performance Management Lead to join the System Integration team in Kota Tangerang. This full-time role designs and oversees performance management systems, aligning them with organizational goals and driving engagement and productivity.

The successful candidate will lead appraisal deployments, train managers, develop metrics and dashboards, and collaborate with leaders to close performance gaps.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in performance management or HR.
• Experience designing and implementing PM systems with measurable impact.
• Strong knowledge of appraisal methods and objective setting frameworks.
• Excellent project management, communication and stakeholder influence.
• Experience training managers on PM practices and understanding labour law.

Responsibilities

About the role

We are seeking a Performance Management Lead to join our System Integration team on a full-time basis, based in Benda, Kota Tangerang, Banten. This is a strategic position within our management function, responsible for designing, implementing and overseeing performance management systems that align with our organizational goals and drive employee engagement and productivity. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our performance culture, ensuring that our teams are equipped with the tools, processes and support they need to succeed and reach their full potential.

Key responsibilities

Design, develop and implement comprehensive performance management frameworks and policies that align with organizational strategy and industry best practice

Lead the deployment of performance appraisal systems, ensuring consistency, fairness and transparency across all levels of the organization

Provide guidance and training to managers and supervisors on effective performance management techniques, including setting objectives, providing feedback and managing underperformance

Develop and maintain performance metrics, KPIs and dashboards to monitor employee and team performance across the organization

Support the design and delivery of talent development programmes linked to performance outcomes and career progression

Collaborate with department heads and line managers to identify performance gaps and develop targeted improvement plans

Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, motivation and retention through performance-linked recognition and reward programs

Conduct regular audits and reviews of performance management processes to ensure effectiveness and identify areas for continuous improvement

Manage stakeholder communication regarding performance management policy changes and updates

Contribute to organizational development strategy and support change management initiatives

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years' experience in performance management, organisational development or human resources, ideally within a multi-site or complex organizational structure

Proven track record in designing and implementing performance management systems and processes that have driven measurable business improvements

Strong knowledge of performance appraisal methodologies, objective setting frameworks (such as OKRs or MBO) and talent management best practice

Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and deliver results within tight timelines

Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all organisational levels

Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with proficiency in using HR analytics tools and dashboards

Experience in training and coaching managers on performance management practices

Understanding of Indonesian labour law and employment practices is highly desirable

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development or a related discipline

Proficiency in both Indonesian and English languages, verbal and written

Certification in performance management or organizational development (such as CIPD, SHRM or equivalent) is advantageous
