Job summary

PT Lampbond Indonesia is seeking a Performance Management Lead to join the System Integration team in Kota Tangerang. This full-time role designs and oversees performance management systems, aligning them with organizational goals and driving engagement and productivity.

The successful candidate will lead appraisal deployments, train managers, develop metrics and dashboards, and collaborate with leaders to close performance gaps.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in performance management or HR.
• Experience designing and implementing PM systems with measurable impact.
• Strong knowledge of appraisal methods and objective setting frameworks.
• Excellent project management, communication and stakeholder influence.
• Experience training managers on PM practices and understanding labour law.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement performance management frameworks and policies.
• Lead deployment of performance appraisal systems with consistency and transparency.
• Provide guidance and training to managers on performance management techniques.
• Develop and maintain performance metrics, KPIs and dashboards.
• Support talent development programs linked to performance outcomes.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify gaps and drive improvements.
• Lead initiatives to enhance engagement through recognition and rewards.
• Audit PM processes for effectiveness and continuous improvement.
• Communicate policy changes to stakeholders and support change management.
• Contribute to organizational development strategy.
