Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a Performance Management Specialist in Jakarta to develop and govern the Performance Management system in line with business needs. You will manage KPIs, facilitate cascading goals, and oversee the full PM cycle, delivering data-driven insights through dashboards and reports to support decision making and talent management.

Strong analytical thinking and experience with Excel and Power BI are required, along with a degree in a related field.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Management, HR, or related field.
Proficient in Excel or Power BI.
Experience in Performance Management or HC analytics.
Strong understanding of organizational design & development and end-to-end Human Capital cycle.
Interest in data management and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

Manage KPIs and performance targets aligned with company objectives and strategy.
Cascade goals and KPIs from corporate to individual levels for alignment.
Oversee the full Performance Management cycle from goal setting to evaluation.
Facilitate performance evaluation and calibration for objective assessments.
Manage performance data with reports, dashboards, and insights to support decisions and talent management.
