Job summary

PT Maju Aman Sejahtera (Gadai MAS) in Jakarta is seeking a People Culture & Performance Management Specialist (Supervisor Level) to lead the Performance Management System, set KPI/OKRs, monitor results, and drive employee engagement initiatives.

You'll analyze people data, develop dashboards, support talent development, and collaborate with business units to implement culture programs across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, Human Resources or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Performance Management, People & Culture, OD, or HR.
• Strong understanding of KPI/OKR, performance appraisal, talent management, and employee engagement.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop the Performance Management System, including KPI setting, monitoring, and evaluation.
• Develop and implement People & Culture initiatives to strengthen employee engagement and company values.
• Analyze people data and develop performance and engagement dashboards.
• Support talent management and employee development initiatives.
• Partner with business units to drive performance and culture programs.
