Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a Performance Management Specialist in Jakarta to develop and govern the Performance Management system in line with business needs. You will manage KPIs, facilitate cascading goals, and oversee the full PM cycle, delivering data-driven insights through dashboards and reports to support decision making and talent management.

Strong analytical thinking and experience with Excel and Power BI are required, along with a degree in a related field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Management, HR, or related field.
• Proficient in Excel or Power BI.
• Experience in Performance Management or HC analytics.
• Strong understanding of organizational design & development and end-to-end Human Capital cycle.
• Interest in data management and data-driven decision making.

Job description

Manage the Performance Management system and governance to ensure it runs effectively, consistently, and in accordance with company policies. Develop and refine the Performance Management system through evaluation, benchmarking, digitalization, and the implementation of best practices in line with business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage KPIs and performance targets while ensuring alignment between KPIs and the company's objectives and strategy


• Facilitate the cascading of goals and KPIs from the corporate level down to the individual level to ensure performance alignment across levels and functions


• Manage the full Performance Management cycle, from goal setting and monitoring to performance review and evaluation


• Facilitate performance evaluation and calibration to ensure assessments are conducted objectively and consistently


• Manage performance data and analysis through reports, dashboards, and performance insights to support decision-making, performance improvement, and talent management

About you

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Psychology, Management, Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, or other relevant fields


• Proficient in Ms. Excel (minimum Intermediate level) and/or Power BI


• Prior experience in a Performance Management, Data Analyst, HC Analyst, Performance Analyst, or other relevant role


• Possess a basic understanding of organizational design & development and the end-to-end Human Capital cycle


• Strong interest in data management, data structuring, and the development of data management systems
