Job summary

PT Eka Bogainti is seeking a Performance Management specialist to design and continuously improve our performance management system, ensuring alignment with business goals. You will verify KPI conformity and coordinate quarterly, bi-annual, and annual reviews with managers across departments.

The role requires a data-driven mindset, strong analytical skills, and project management ability to handle multiple initiatives while refining practices to reflect changing business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Psychology or related field.
• 1-5 years of experience in human resources, focusing on performance management.
• Strong knowledge of performance management frameworks and goal-setting methods (OKR, SMART).
• Analytical abilities and a data-driven mindset.
• Strong project management skills with ability to handle multiple initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design and continuously improve the performance management system to align with organizational goals.
