Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, psychology, management, industrial engineering, finance, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, Reward, or Organization Development.
• Strong knowledge of salary structure, job grading, KPI management and performance appraisal.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and HRIS.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Experience in salary benchmarking or reward automation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Performance Management including KPI setting, reviews, calibration, and annual appraisal.
• Develop and maintain KPI frameworks and evaluation tools across departments.
• Oversee salary structure, job grading, compensation reviews, and benchmarking for equity and competitiveness.
• Administer merit increases, incentives, bonuses, and promotions per policy.
• Analyze reward and performance data, develop dashboards, and drive automation for reporting.
• Develop remuneration policies, performance frameworks, and ensure policy compliance with labor regulations.
• Partner with business leaders to provide insights and recommendations on performance management and total rewards.
