Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim in Bandung seeks an HR Payroll Supervisor to oversee payroll operations for a large workforce and lead a payroll team.

You will manage attendance, leave, overtime, deductions, and data administration, ensuring timely, compliant payroll processing.

The ideal candidate has a degree in HR/Accounting, 5+ years in payroll with supervisory experience, and strong knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations and BPJS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HR Management, Accounting, Management or related field
• 5+ years in HR payroll with at least 3 years in supervision
• Experience handling payroll for 3000+ employees; garment manufacturing preferred
• Knowledge of payroll administration, salary structure, overtime, benefits, and reconciliation
• Familiar with BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, PPh 21 and labor regulations
• Experience calculating termination entitlements: severance, service pay, rights
• Understanding Industrial Relations: PKB, bipartite negotiations, disciplinary procedures
• Familiar with social audits: prep, documentation, follow-up actions
• Proficient in HRIS/payroll systems and Microsoft Excel

Responsibilities

• Manage payroll processes, including attendance, leave, overtime, deductions, and employee data administration
• Handle payroll administration, salary structure, overtime calculation, employee benefits, and payroll reconciliation
• Calculate employee termination entitlements, including severance pay, service pay, and compensation of rights
• Support social audit preparation, documentation, implementation, and follow-up actions
• Ensure payroll accuracy and timely completion
