Job summary

Outlet 23 seeks a Payroll Supervisor in Yogyakarta to lead the payroll processing cycle in our Accounting department on a full-time basis. You will ensure timely, accurate salary payments and compliance with local regulations, while safeguarding payroll data and supporting improvements in reporting.

The role requires 3–5 years of payroll experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity, strong knowledge of BPJS contributions, and proficiency with payroll software and Excel.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of payroll experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team leadership capacity
• Knowledge of Indonesian payroll regulations incl. BPJS and other deductions
• Proficient in payroll software and general accounting packages
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to manage large datasets
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines and maintain confidentiality

Responsibilities

• Supervise payroll processing cycle including data entry, verification and authorization
• Ensure accurate calculation of salaries, allowances, deductions and statutory contributions
• Prepare and distribute payroll reports to senior management and departments
• Maintain payroll records and documentation for audits
• Respond to employee payroll queries with timely resolutions
• Collaborate with HR to maintain accurate employee data and benefits
• Train and supervise junior payroll staff for consistent processes
