Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, management, business administration or related fields, or high school with 5+ years of payroll experience.
• 1–3 years in Payroll or Compensation & Benefits.
• Good understanding of payroll processing, PPh 21, BPJS, Indonesian labor regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or HRIS systems.
• Strong attention to detail and data confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely salary payments.
• Maintain and verify attendance, overtime, allowances, and incentive data.
• Calculate and report employee income tax (PPh 21) in compliance with regulations.
• Prepare payroll reports, support audits, and coordinate with payroll vendors.
• Administer employee lifecycle transactions (onboarding, transfers, promotions, changes, offboarding).
• Prepare and maintain employment contracts and HR documentation.
• Ensure HR records and documentation are organized and compliant.
