Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking an HR Manager to assist with recruitment, onboarding and employee relations. The role supports policy development, documentation, and payroll administration within a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years in HR, strong knowledge of Indonesian labour laws, and excellent communication in Indonesian and English. This position is based in Bogor, Indonesia and involves hands-on HR duties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in an assistant manager or supervisory role.
• In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labour laws and employment practices.
• Proficient with HR systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment: posting jobs, screening candidates, coordinating interviews and onboarding.
• Support development and maintenance of HR policies and guidelines.
• Manage employee records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide HR administrative support and act as liaison between HR and operations.
• Handle employee relations inquiries, grievances and disciplinary processes.
• Coordinate training and development programmes for staff.
