Job summary

PT Dian Swastatika Sentosa Tbk (and subsidiaries) seeks a seasoned Compensation and Benefit (Payroll) professional to lead end-to-end payroll operations across multiple entities in Indonesia. You will oversee monthly payroll calculations, ensure compliance with PPh 21 and BPJS contributions, and manage payroll data within HRIS systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources Management, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end payroll operations to ensure accurate, timely salary payments.
• Manage monthly payroll calculations including salaries, allowances, overtime, bonuses, incentives, deductions, reimbursements, and other entitlements.
• Ensure accurate calculation and processing of taxes and statutory contributions (PPh 21, BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan).
• Review and validate payroll inputs (attendance, leave, overtime, movements, salary adjustments).
• Maintain payroll data in HRIS and payroll systems.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, Accounting, and Tax teams for accurate payroll accounting and reconciliation.
• Oversee payroll disbursement processes and ensure timely payments.
• Develop and improve payroll policies, procedures, workflows, and internal controls.
• Prepare payroll reports and manage payroll-related audits.
