Job summary

RGF HR Agent Indonesia is seeking an HR Payroll & Compensation & Benefits Senior Staff to Supervisor level within a Japanese finance company. You will lead end-to-end payroll processing, insurance registrations, and tax reporting while ensuring compliance for local staff and foreign workers.

The role requires strong English, a minimum of 5 years in payroll/C&B, and thorough knowledge of Indonesian labor law, PPh 21, BPJS, THR, and visa/work permit processes.

Qualifications

• Business English proficiency is required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Payroll and Compensation & Benefits.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law, PPh 21, BPJS, THR, and foreign workers permits.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Run end-to-end payroll including input salary components and monthly payments.
• Support bonus, increment, and THR calculations; maintain Sunfish Payroll System.
• Manage insurance registrations (BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan) and reporting.
• Handle tax compliance: PPh 21 monthly and annual reporting with auditors; assist foreign workers with SPT Tahunan.
• Manage foreign workers compliance: permits, stays, visas, and related reporting.
• Prepare attendance reports, administer employee loans, and issue HR letters.
• Coordinate the performance appraisal cycle from distribution through final review.
• Support internal and external audits, Industrial Relations matters, C&B projects, and HR SOP development.
• Handle HR administration and requests from HR Manager, HR Director, and VP/PD.
