Job summary

PT Lbm Energi Baru in Kendal, Central Java, is seeking a Payroll Specialist to manage monthly payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

You will calculate salaries, overtime, allowances, deductions, and BPJS contributions, verify attendance data, and ensure compliance with Indonesian regulations (PPh 21, BPJS).

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2–3 years in payroll, strong Excel skills, and ability to coordinate with HR and Finance; English preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in payroll, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial company.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian payroll regulations, including PPh 21, BPJS Kesehatan, and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan.
• Experienced in handling employee attendance, overtime, shift allowance, and other payroll components.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and data processing.
• Experience with payroll/HRIS systems is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and coordinate effectively with different departments.

Responsibilities

• Manage and process monthly payroll accurately and on time for all employees.
• Calculate salaries, overtime, allowances, bonuses, deductions, and other payroll components.
• Verify employee attendance, leave, overtime, and payroll-related data.
• Manage BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, PPh 21, and other statutory payroll requirements.
• Ensure payroll processes comply with company policies and applicable Indonesian labor regulations.
• Prepare payroll reports, reconciliation, and other HR-related reports.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee payroll records and documentation.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, and related departments to resolve payroll issues.
• Assist with payroll audits and provide supporting documents when required.
• Support the improvement and implementation of payroll processes and systems.
