Job summary

PT Summarecon Agung Tbk. in Indonesia is seeking a skilled Payroll Administrator with a degree in accounting and at least three years of payroll and benefits experience to join our HR team.

You will process payroll in the HRMS, handle BPJS programs, tax reporting, and Natura reporting, and support contract extensions and salary adjustments. The role requires strong Excel skills, good communication, and knowledge of actuary reporting standards to ensure accurate compensation and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Accounting Information Systems.
• Minimum 3 years of experience.
• Understanding of tax calculations (TER Tax, Tax for Transferred Employees).
• Understanding of government regulations related to Compensation & Benefits (BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, BPJS Kesehatan, PPH 21).
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Understanding of Actuarial Reporting.

• Process calculations and prepare documents for retired employees
• Process administration for employee contract extensions
• Process salary adjustments for employees with contract extensions and promotions
