Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor Degree required.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience or 4 years total work experience.
• Experience installing, configuring and troubleshooting systems.
• Experience with monitoring systems.
• Experience with automation software.
• Active related certifications listed in approved list.

Responsibilities

• Design technical recommendation systems and implement strategic solutions.
• Involve in digital and software requirements definition.
• Identify risk and mitigation strategies; elevate issues to IT Division and stakeholders.
• Research new technology including standards and compliance for system development process.
• Ensure accurate technical advice to enhance system development performance.
• Verify technical standardization and provide solutions for technical problems.
• Mentor programmers and improve team skills.
• Ensure complete development process and proper documentation.
• Ensure timely completion of projects and implementation.
• Provide reports and program documentation.
• Review existing systems and direct IT support.
• Oversee development of customized software and hardware requirements.
• Implement systems automation for efficiency and availability.
• Collaborate with IT governance on compliance standards.
• Provide reports to direct Supervisor.
• Suggest process improvements related to time/effort/cost.
• Perform Quality Management System activities.
• Perform additional tasks as required.

1. Design technical recommendation systems, identifies and implement technological strategic solutions

2. Involve in digital and software requirements definition

3. Identify risk, provide risk mitigation strategies, and elevate issues to IT Division and related stakeholders.

6. Verify technical standardization based on technical guidance and able to provide solution for technical problems for

1. Conduct mentoring/training activities for programmer to improve skill and knowledge of team members

2. Ensure completeness of the overall application development process and its proper documentation

3. Ensure timely completion of the related projects and implementation process

4. Provide reports and program documentation (e.g., cost reports, program plans)

5. Review the existing systems evaluation and provide the technical direction to IT support staff

6. Oversee the development of customized software and hardware requirement

7. Implement systems automation as required for better efficiency and oversee the constant availability of technical

resources.

1. Collaborate with IT governance to ensure the technical compliance and standards

Management Support Activities:

• Provide Report to direct Supervisor
• Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time concern, effort and cost)
• Perform activities related to Quality Management System
• Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct Supervisor

Education Requirement:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree

Work Exposure/ Experience:

• Minimum 2 years experiences in Supervisory level, or
• Minimum 4 years of working experience

Special Skills/Certification:

• Experience in Installing, configuring and troubleshooting
• Experience with monitoring systems
• Experience with automation software
• Have active related certification (listed on the approved list of certification document)
