Job summary

SeaOwl Group in Indonesia is seeking an IT Support professional to assist in IT operations, project support, and service delivery. You will handle hardware, software, and network issues, and support Microsoft 365 and collaboration tools.

Ideal candidates are fresh graduates up to 3 years, with strong communication, documentation, and time-management skills, able to work independently or with a team, and with good command of English.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT or related field required or preferred.
• Fresh graduates up to 3 years in IT roles welcome; internship is a plus.
• Basic hardware, software, Windows OS, and networking knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Support IT project execution and coordination to meet schedules.
• Act as liaison between users, vendors, and IT teams.
• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and networks.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot IT devices.
• Manage user accounts, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
• Maintain IT asset inventories and procurement coordination.
• Prepare project documentation and IT records.
• Support IT security policies and data backup processes.
• Perform other IT operational and project duties as assigned.

Job Responsibilities

• Support IT project execution and coordination to ensure activities are delivered on schedule and aligned with business requirements.
• Act as the liaison between users, vendors, and IT teams to ensure smooth project and operational activities.
• Provide technical support for hardware, software, network, Microsoft 365, and other IT-related systems.
• Perform installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT devices and systems.
• Manage user accounts, access rights, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, and related services.
• Maintain IT asset inventories, including asset registration, distribution, and tracking.
• Coordinate with vendors regarding IT procurement, repairs, and service requirements.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, meeting minutes, and IT administrative records.
• Support the implementation of IT security policies, data backup processes, and compliance requirements.
• Perform other IT operational and project-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates up to 3 years of experience in IT Support, IT Operations, or IT Project Support are welcome to apply.
• Internship experience or involvement in IT projects will be an advantage.
• Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, Windows operating systems, and networking.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
• Ability to troubleshoot devices, applications, and basic network issues effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and time-management abilities.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
