Katamata Group seeks an IT Specialist (Infrastructure, Systems & AI Automation) to maintain networks, servers, and productivity tools across the company. You will troubleshoot hardware, deploy new devices, and manage Microsoft 365, including Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, and SharePoint.

Ensure all company networks, Wi-Fi, and overall IT infrastructure operate smoothly and securely.
Troubleshoot hardware issues across PCs, laptops, printers, scanners, and barcode scanners.
Install, configure, and deploy new computers, devices, and software for employees.
Manage Microsoft 365 tenant and user accounts (Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint).
Support and maintain meeting room AV and conferencing equipment.
Oversee software licensing, asset management, and coordinate with external IT vendors when necessary.
Monitor and maintain company servers, NAS, backup systems, and storage facilities.

Administer and support core SaaS tools, including HRIS (Talenta), Microsoft Planner, Teams, CRM, and other business software.
Manage user permissions, role access, and security settings across platforms.
Streamline and improve cross-departmental digital workflows.
Assist with new system implementations and author clear SOP documentation for company software.
Actively research, evaluate, and pilot emerging AI tools to enhance business productivity.
Serve as the internal AISubject Matter Expert (SME) and primary go-to reference.
Build practical AI workflows using platforms such as Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and automation tools.
Develop custom prompt repositories, templates, and internal knowledge bases.
Conduct internal training sessions and workshops to upskill employees on effective AI usage.
Design and deploy AI agents/bots to automate repetitive tasks and optimize manual workflows.
Education: Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, System Information, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in IT Support, IT Infrastructure, or System Administration.
Technical Skills: Strong background in Microsoft 365 Administration, network management (LAN/Wi-Fi), and hardware troubleshooting.
Systems Exposure: Familiarity with HRIS tools (e.g., Talenta), ERP systems, and business SaaS platforms.
AI & Automation Drive: (Required) Hands-on experience with modern AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Zapier/Make) and a strong enthusiasm for workflow automation.
Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication skills for employee training, and a proactive, self-starter mindset.
