Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design technical recommendation systems and identify strategic solutions.
• Involve in digital and software requirements definition.
• Identify risk and propose mitigation strategies; raise issues to IT Division and stakeholders.
• Research new technology including standards and compliance for the development process.
• Provide accurate technical advice to enhance system development performance.
• Oversee technical standardization and provide solutions for project teams.
• Mentor and train programmers to improve skills and knowledge.
• Ensure completeness of the development process and proper documentation.
• Ensure timely completion of related projects and implementation processes.
• Provide reports and program documentation (e.g., cost reports, program plans).
• Review existing systems evaluation and provide technical direction to IT support staff.
• Oversee development of customized software and hardware requirements.
• Implement systems automation for efficiency and ensure resource availability.

11. 11. Review the existing systems evaluation and provide the technical direction to IT support staff

13. 13. Implement systems automation as required for better efficiency and oversee the constant availability of technical resources.
14. 14. Collaborate with IT governance to ensure the technical compliance and standards Management Support Activities:

Management Support Activities:

• Provide Report to direct Supervisor
• Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time concern, effort and cost)
• Perform activities related to Quality Management System
• Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct Supervisor

Education Requirement:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree
• Work Exposure/ Experience:
• Minimum 2 years experiences in Supervisory level, or
• Minimum 4 years of working experience

Special Skills/Certification:

• Experience in Installing, configuring and troubleshooting
• Experience with monitoring systems
• Experience with automation software
• Have active related certification (listed on the approved list of certification document)
