Design technical recommendation systems, identifies and implement technological strategic solutions2. Involve in digital and software requirements definition3. Identify risk, provide risk mitigation strategies, and escalate issues to IT Division and related stakeholders.4. Research for new technology including standards and compliance for system development process5. Ensure accurate technical advice and solution to enhance system development performance6. Verify technical standardization based on technical guidance and able to provide solution for technical problems forproject team7. Conduct mentoring/training activities for programmer to improve skill and knowledge of team members8. Ensure completeness of the overall application development process and its proper documentation9. Ensure timely completion of the related projects and implementation process10. Provide reports and program documentation (e.g., cost reports, program plans)11. Review the existing systems evaluation and provide the technical direction to IT support staff12. Oversee the development of customized software and hardware requirement13. Implement systems automation as required for better efficiency and oversee the constant availability of technicalresources.14.
