Job summary

CV. Sinergi Triputra Teknindo (Sintritek) seeks a Senior Sales Engineer – Industrial to drive B2B technical sales and grow industrial accounts in East Java. This field-based role includes customer visits, solution development, and commercial negotiations.

You will leverage industry relationships, identify opportunities, and manage RFQs/quotations while coordinating with Purchasing, Maintenance, Engineering, Production, and Project teams to deliver profitable outcomes. Travel is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in mechanical/electrical/mechatronics/industrial engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years in B2B industrial or technical sales.
• Proven ability to develop new accounts and manage territory.
• Existing relationships in the assigned industrial market are preferred.
• Experience with RFQs, quotations, negotiations, and closing.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities within the assigned industrial territory.
• Identify and approach potential customers across manufacturing and relevant sectors.
• Lead RFQ development and prepare competitive quotations.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Maintenance, Engineering, Production, and Project teams.
• Follow up quotations and drive opportunities toward closing.
• Maintain and expand existing accounts to increase repeat orders.
