Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, with a strong preference for industrial equipment or machinery.
• Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
• Excellent understanding of industrial processes and equipment applications.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to travel within the designated sales territory (East Java) as required.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and expand market share in the industrial equipment sector.
• Identify and target prospective clients, understand their operational needs, and propose effective equipment solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and site visits to showcase equipment capabilities.
• Negotiate sales contracts and pricing, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing and after-sales support.
• Collaborate with the technical and service teams to ensure seamless customer experience and efficient delivery.
