Job summary

Wesco is seeking an Import & Customs Operations Staff to support our logistics and import activities. The role requires hands-on experience in freight forwarding and a solid grasp of Indonesian import-export regulations and PIB documentation.

The successful candidate will coordinate with PPJK, warehouses, freight forwarders, and internal teams to ensure compliant clearance, timely deliveries, and accurate records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) or Diploma (D3) in any discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, import-export, or customs-related environment.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian import-export regulations and customs procedures.
• Experience reviewing PIB and other customs documents.
• Familiar with coordinating with PPJK, freight forwarders, warehouses, and customs authorities.

Responsibilities

• Review and verify import documentation, including PIB and supporting customs documents.
• Coordinate with PPJK, freight forwarders, and customs-related parties for efficient clearance.
• Monitor import/export shipments and ensure compliance with Indonesian regulations.
• Liaise with warehouses for goods receiving, inventory coordination, and deliveries to customers.
• Maintain records and reports related to import, export, and customs operations.
