Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim seeks an experienced HR Coordinator in Southeast Sulawesi to drive HR strategy, manpower planning, and end-to-end recruitment for project sites. The role also covers industrial relations, labor compliance, and performance management to support project objectives.

The candidate will manage payroll-related processes, PKWT contracts, and HRIS reporting, and will lead training and policy development to enhance HR effectiveness on site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Psychology or HR
• Minimum 3 years in HR with 2-3 years in Coordinator role
• Experience in Nickel Mining Industry
• Prossession of Human Capital/Human Resources Certification is required
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law, Industrial Relations, and HR Compliance
• Hands-on experience in end-to-end HR Functions including Manpower Planning, recruitment, payroll, performance management, training & development
• Experience in managing project-based manpower, including mobilization and demobilization
• Solid understanding of PKWT and project employment contracts
• Strong capability in salary structure, grading system, compensation & benefits
• Proficient in HRIS, HR analytics, and management reporting
• Strong Leadership, Communication, and decision-making skills
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Works using a rosters system
• Placement in Southeast Sulawesi
• Ready to join as soon as possible/ ASAP

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR Strategies aligned with bussiness and project objectives
• Prepare and manage Manpower Planning based on project requirements
• Lead and control end-to-end recruitment processes for project sites
• Manage Industrial Relations, employee discipline, and labor dispute resolution
• Ensure full compliance with Labor regulations, company policies, and HSE requirements
• Oversee performance management systems, including KPI and appraisal processes
• Manage Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, BPJS, PKWT, and project related allowances
• Design and implement training, development, certifications programs
• Develop, review, and enforce HR Policies , SOPs, and company regulations
• Drive employee engagement, organizational culture, and continuous HR Improvement
• Prepare regular HR Reports and dashboards for management
