Job summary

PT Merdeka Copper Gold is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead all HR functions across multiple project sites, ensuring alignment with business goals and strong HSE integration. The role focuses on manpower planning, recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 10 years in HR, deep knowledge of Indonesian labor law, and a track record in mining or construction environments, with cross-site leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Law, HR, Psychology or related field.
• Minimum 10 years HR experience, preferably in mining or construction.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law and industrial relations practices.
• Proven experience handling employee relations and disciplinary cases.
• Solid understanding of end-to-end HR processes (recruitment, performance management, compensation & benefits).
• Good understanding of HSE principles in project-based or site operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experienced in multi-site operations and willing to be assigned across project locations.
