Job summary

Bali Hospitality Stars seeks a senior, hands-on Front Office Supervisor for a full-time, on-site role in Badung, Bali. You will lead day-to-day reception, support resort operations and grow toward broader management responsibilities.

Responsibilities include supervising reception, managing reservations and inquiries, handling check-ins/outs and payments, coaching staff, and escalating issues as needed. Fluent Indonesian and strong English are essential for guest interaction and team leadership.

Qualifications

• Excellent spoken and written English and fluent Indonesian.
• At least 3 years of hotel or villa front-office experience.
• At least 1 year supervising people.
• Experience with Cloudbeds or another hotel PMS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead reception operations including reservations, guest inquiries, check-in, check-out, payments and handovers.
• Supervise reception staff, set standards, coach performance and follow up incomplete work.
• Communicate calmly with guests, handle complaints within authority and escalate serious matters.
• Help convert enquiries into bookings and upsell upgrades and services.
• Keep booking and payment records accurate and reconcile transactions for the shift.
• Coordinate routine work across teams and solve guest and operating problems.
• Support the General Manager with daily operations when the Assistant General Manager is absent.
