Job summary

Belalu Bali Boutique & SPA experience, a luxury resort in Ubud, Bali, seeks a seasoned Front Office Manager to lead guest reception, check-in/check-out, and front desk operations on-site. You will direct the front office team, ensure top-tier service, and collaborate with other departments to deliver memorable guest experiences.

The role requires 3–5 years of luxury front office leadership, strong English communication, and PMS proficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of front office management experience in luxury/boutique hotels.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to develop staff.
• Excellent customer service and professional handling of guest concerns.
• Proficiency with front office systems and PMS.
• Outstanding English communication; multilingual abilities are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all front office operations including check-in/check-out and room allocation.
• Supervise front desk staff and performance management.
• Maintain exceptional guest service standards and promptly address concerns.
• Handle guest communications via phone, email, and special requests.
• Maintain accurate guest records, reservations, and front office docs.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for seamless experiences.
• Manage VIP guest relations and personalized service delivery.
• Generate front office reports and brief senior management on metrics.
• Assist with revenue optimization and occupancy management.
