Binus University International is seeking an experienced events professional to lead planning and execution of conferences, trainings, and workshops in Jakarta. You will manage timelines, logistics, resources, and operations to deliver high-quality events.

The role requires strong budgeting, vendor management, and leadership skills, with the ability to coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners. Travel and flexible hours may be required to meet event schedules.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in event management or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in event management or corporate training/operations.
• Strong planning, budgeting and vendor management skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Willing to travel or work flexible hours when required.

Job Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Min. 5–8 years of experience in event management, conference management, or corporate training/event operations.
• Strong project management, event planning, vendor management, and budgeting skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; able to work under pressure, manage multiple events simultaneously, and willing to travel or work flexible hours when required.
