Elitez Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Event Manager to own large-scale corporate events from planning to on-site execution. You’ll manage 1,000+ attendees, multiple vendors, budgets, production timelines, and real-time problem solving on event day.

You will lead end-to-end event delivery, from concept to post-event evaluation, coordinating venues, AV, catering, branding, staffing, and safety considerations to ensure flawless experiences for clients and participants.

Event Marketing (for Big Tech Startup/FMCG)

We are looking for an experienced Event Manager to take ownership of large-scale corporate events, from planning and budgeting to on-site execution. This is a hands-on role for someone who is comfortable managing 1,000+ attendee events, multiple vendors, event budgets, production timelines, and last-minute challenges on event day.

Key responsibilities

Lead large-scale events from concept, planning, budgeting, production, execution, to post-event evaluation.

Develop detailed event timelines, run-of-show, production plans, and agency briefs.

Coordinate event agencies, venues, AV/production teams, caterers, branding teams, staffing, and other vendors.

Prepare event budgets and detailed cost estimates across venue, production, AV, staging, branding, staffing, logistics, F&B, and contingency.

Compare vendor quotations, negotiate cost options, and track actual spending against budget.

Manage project timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.

Take charge of on-site operations, including registration, crowd flow, vendor coordination, run-of-show, and real-time troubleshooting.

Identify operational, safety, budget, and delivery risks and prepare contingency plans.

Lead post-event evaluation, budget closeout, reporting, and lessons learned.

About you

3–5 years of hands-on experience in event management, event production, event marketing, or event project management.

Proven experience managing or co-leading large-scale events with 1,000+ attendees.

Experience with conferences, expos, exhibitions, corporate events, or major brand activations is highly preferred.

Strong experience in event budgeting, cost estimation, vendor comparison, and expense tracking.

Proven track record coordinating venues, production/AV, agencies, caterers, and multiple vendors.

Comfortable being hands-on during event day and solving operational issues under pressure.

Good understanding of event safety, permits, and contingency planning.

Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.

Willing to work on-site and accommodate changing event schedules.
