Job summary

AYANA Hospitality Group in Bali seeks an experienced Events Coordinator to plan and execute large-scale events for Bali’s largest integrated resort. You will handle venue selection, menu planning, vendor coordination, and on-site management to ensure flawless delivery.

Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field, have proven event planning experience, and strong budgeting, communication, and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality, event management, or related field.
• Proven experience in event planning and coordination.
• Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple events.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities with clients and vendors.
• Detail-oriented with flawless event execution.
• Strong budget management experience and invoicing/payment handling.
• Familiarity with event management software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute events, including venue selection, menu planning, and coordinating equipment and vendors.
• Collaborate with clients to determine objectives, preferences and budgets, and offer recommendations.
• Ensure event details are communicated and on-site coordination is flawless.
• Manage event logistics such as room layouts, AV, and transportation needs.
• Monitor budgets, negotiate with vendors, and process invoices and payments.
• Partner with marketing to develop promotional materials and communications to attendees.
• Conduct post-event evaluations to assess success and identify improvements.
