Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in event management, conferences, or corporate training/event operations.
• Strong project management, event planning, vendor management, and budgeting skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; able to travel or work flexible hours when required.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination, and execution of conferences, trainings, workshops, seminars, and corporate events.
• Ensure event readiness by managing timelines, logistics, resources, and operations.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, speakers, vendors, and partners for seamless preparation.
• Monitor budgets, manage risks, and resolve issues to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Conduct post-event evaluations and implement improvements for future events.
