Qualifications

10+ years in digital transformation, commercial leadership, or program management in energy, manufacturing, or power plants.
Strong knowledge of power plant operations and manufacturing systems.
Exceptional negotiation and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

Identify and acquire high-value clients in manufacturing and power plant sectors.
Lead end-to-end sales activities from lead to close with the BD team.
Develop industry development plans and strategic account plans.
Oversee contract lifecycle to ensure quality, compliance, and cash collection.
Build and manage partner ecosystems and drive upsell opportunities.
Provide executive-level reporting on project performance and market insights.
