Job summary

Digital Edge Data Center, operating in Indonesia, seeks a Sr. Account Manager to drive growth across enterprise accounts. You will manage relationships, identify opportunities, and generate revenue through ICT, connectivity, cloud, data center, and managed services.

You will develop new business across industries such as Banking & Insurance, Oil & Mining, Transportation, Hospitality, Education, and HealthCare, while coordinating with internal teams to deliver optimal solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 3–5 years of Enterprise Sales experience preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities across Enterprise market segments (FSI, Oil & Mining, Transportation, Hospitality, Healthcare, Education).
• Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Identify customer needs and propose ICT, connectivity, cloud, data center, and managed services solutions.
• Generate revenue through new customer acquisition, upselling, and cross-selling.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline to achieve targets.
• Conduct customer meetings, proposals, negotiations, and contract closings.
• Coordinate with Presales, Product, Operations, Finance and other teams to deliver solutions.
• Prepare forecasts, pipeline reports, and account plans.
