Job summary

SCG is seeking a seasoned Key Account Executive Manager to lead major enterprise accounts in energy, manufacturing, and power plant sectors. You will drive revenue growth, shape long‑term partnerships, and ensure delivery of digital solutions across Thai and regional teams.

You will work with cross‑functional stakeholders, manage the full contract lifecycle, and report on performance and market insights, aiming for 15–25% YoY account growth while coordinating partner ecosystems.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in digital transformation, commercial leadership, or program management in energy, manufacturing, or power plants.
• Deep industry knowledge of power plant operations, manufacturing systems, and digital solutions.
• Strong negotiation, stakeholder engagement, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work effectively across cultures and coordinate Thai/regional teams.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire high‑value clients in manufacturing and power plant sectors.
• Lead end‑to‑end sales activities with the BD team—from lead transition to closing.
• Develop industry development plans and strategic account plans.
• Oversee full contract lifecycle to ensure quality, compliance, and cash collection.
• Build and manage partner ecosystems (e.g., REPCO).
• Maintain long‑term client relationships and drive upsell/cross‑sell opportunities.
• Use data analytics to tailor technical solutions for industry problems.
• Provide executive‑level reporting on project performance and market insights.
