Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business-related field.
• Experience in business development and contract logistics.
• Experience supporting tenders, proposals, customer solutions, or commercial projects.
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM platforms.
• Knowledge of WMS/OMS/TMS or related logistics technologies.

Responsibilities

• Manage and align RFP processes with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain the Business Development eBook in line with strategy.
• Provide technical and commercial insights for opportunities and customer enquiries.
• Coordinate project updates with stakeholders and ensure alignment.
• Deliver analytics and reporting to support daily execution and decision-making.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and logistics innovations.
• Maintain capacity information and supplier updates for stakeholders.
• Develop solution sales presentations and business development materials.
• Support sales activities to secure new business opportunities and growth.
